Not having a car is SO great and I would encourage anyone to give it a try. One of the great things that has come out of it is a new level of friendship with friends. When we do get a flex car for something we call our friends who also don't have cars and ask if there is anything that they need while we are out. We ask friends with cars if they can drop stuff off at Value Village for us when they head over there next. I love being part of each others lives in that way. Hi all,

I've never had a car, but in France it is simple since we have the TGV and good public transportation, and my bike! My sister just move to Canada with her husband and 3 kids, and they decided not to buy a car and only use a car share service. And they are very happy. no parking problems, no maintenance, etc...and it costs less. One very good change! Congratulations!
